I am a licensed psychologist located in Pennsylvania and work with adults with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. In particular, I specialize working with individuals who have experienced relational trauma, intimate partner violence, sexual violence, and relationship issues. I support those wanting to navigate challenging relationships or their experiences and beliefs around sexual health, sexuality, and physical/emotional intimacy.
I take an integrative, culturally responsive approach in therapy, consisting of relational, cultural, client-centered, sex-positive, and positive psychology theories. As a Latina, multiracial clinician, I have a passion working with ethnically and racially diverse individuals and other helping professionals (therapists, doctors, nurses, etc.). Other communities I have experience and a passion working with are college students, individuals within the LGBTQIA+ communities, and grievers.
Telehealth services are available in all PSYPACT states (psypact.org).
